| 胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)是消化系统常见的慢性、复发性疾病,部分患者经规范治疗后症状不能缓解,或长期反复发作,影响生活质量。笔者尝试从圆运动理论再探胃食管反流病的辨治,认为中轴运转正常,四维升降有序,人既安和,若轴不旋转,或四维升降失常,中轴运转停滞,胃气上逆,上犯食管而发为本病,治疗以运轴以复轮或轴轮并运为法,以期为胃食管反流病的临床治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common chronic and recurrent disease of digestive system. After standard treatment, some patients' symptoms could not be alleviated or attacked repeatedly and affected the quality of life. Based on the theory of circular motion, the author tries to explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment of GERD from the theory of circular motion . The author thinks that the central axis runs normally, the four-dimensional rise and fall orderly, and people are peaceful. If the axis does not rotate, or the four-dimensional rise and fall abnormally, the central axis will stop running, the stomach gas will rise inversely, and the esophagus will be damaged, then the disease is caused. The treatment is based on the method of "moving the axis with multiple wheels" or "moving the axis and wheel together". If the central axis and the four-dimensional works normally , the circle of body movement is restored , the disease will be cured. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of GERD. |
