| [目的] 对中医药治疗膜性肾病的用药规律进行数据挖掘。[方法] 分别检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库自建库至2017年12月期间的治疗膜性肾病的中药复方,运用EpiData 3.1软件进行中药复方统计,采用复杂网络分析方法挖掘中药复方治疗膜性肾病的证治规律。[结果] 本文共纳入文献54篇,医案75则,其中80.4%来源于期刊文献。现代医家认为IMN为本虚标实之证,病位多在肾、脾,病性多位气虚、湿热、血瘀,常见证型为脾肾气虚、脾肾两虚、气阴两虚之证,治疗上多以健脾、补肾、清热、利湿、化瘀之法为主。[结论] 本研究通过复杂网络分析方法探讨了中医复方治疗膜性肾病的核心用药和证治规律,为临床中医治疗膜性肾病提供指导。 |

| Objective To explore the rule of medicinal combination in traditional Chinese medicine for membranous nephropathy using data mining method. Methods The medicinal combination in traditional Chinese medicine for membranous nephropathy from the establishment of the database to December of 2017 were searched from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database. The Chinese medicine used were collected from the database established with EpiData 3.1. Using complex network analysis method to explore TCM compound prescription for treatment of membranous nephropathy. Results A total of 54 articles were included and 75 cases were medical records, of which 80.4% were from periodical literature. Modern physicians believe that IMN is the evidence of the underlying deficiency syndrome, disease and more in the kidney, spleen, a number of pathogenic Qi, heat, blood stasis, common syndromes of spleen and kidney Qi, spleen and kidney deficiency, Qi and Yin Deficiency of the card, The treatment of more spleen, kidney, heat, dampness, the main method of blood stasis. Conclusion This study explored the core prescriptions and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treating membranous nephropathy through complex network analysis methods and provided guidance for clinical treatment of membranous nephropathy. |
