      五味子作为一味具有重要治疗价值的中药,早在《神农本草经》中就有提及,“主益气,咳逆上气,劳伤羸瘦,补不足,强阴,益男子。”从中医几千年的临床检验以及现代药理学研究,均验证了五味子的临床效果显著。目前,从五味子中已分离出多种有效成分,其中木脂素、多糖、挥发油是其发挥作用的主要有效成分,研究已发现其在消化、中枢神经、心血管以及免疫系统都有疗效,具有保护心血管、调压降脂、护肝利胆、消炎抗癌、改善记忆力和改善睡眠以及提高免疫力等多种药理作用。现将中医和现代医学对五味子的研究进行综述,以期为五味子药效成分的进一步研究以及对其新的成方和制剂的研发提供理论依据和参考。
英文摘要:
      As a traditional Chinese medicine with important therapeutic value, Schisandra chinensis was mentioned as early as shennong Ben Cao Jing, "The main qi, cough against qi, thin from fatigue, deficiency, strong Yin, benefit men". Thousands of years of TCM clinical tests and modern pharmacology studies have verified the remarkable clinical effect of Schisandra chinensis. Currently, isolated from the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine has a variety of effective components, including wooden fat element, polysaccharides, volatile oil is the main effective components, its function studies have found that the digestion, central nervous, cardiovascular, and immune system has curative effect, protect cardiovascular, regulating lipid, protecting liver, bravery, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer, improve memory and improve sleep and improve immunity and so on the many kinds of pharmacological action. The research of Schisandra chinensis in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine is summarized in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the further study of the medicinal ingredients of Schisandra chinensis and the research and development of new formulations and preparations.
