| “治未病”思想是中医理论体系的重要组成部分，对各种慢性疾病的预防和治疗均具备指导意义。国医大师邹燕勤教授结合孟河医派学术理论及其家传经验、临床所得，将“治未病”思想应用于肾脏病防治中，形成了一套行之有效的临床经验体系。未病时邹教授重视饮食养生，调理亚健康状态，并治疗相关疾病防止累及肾脏。对于已病患者，强调以治为防，燮理阴阳气血，调理五脏，以和为期。经治疗后症状改善且指标转阴者，建议仍使用膏方、中成药进行长期调理，并结合穴位贴敷等外治，内外同调。此学术思想指导临床诊疗，效验颇丰。 |

| Abstract: As an important concept in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, "preventive treatment of disease" has certain guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of various chronic diseases. Professor ZOU Yanqin, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, combined clinical experience with the academic theory of Menghe medical school, applied the ideas of "preventive treatment of disease" and "harmonizing therapeutic method" in the treatment of nephropathy, and formed a set of effective experience system. Prevention before disease onset is the key point. Professor ZOU pays special attention to diet, adjusts sub-health state and treats related diseases to prevent kidney involvement. For those who are already sick, treatment should be taken as prevention, taking into account his other organs. After treatment, the symptoms of some patients are improved and the indicators turn negative. It is recommended to use paste prescription and Chinese patent drug for long-term treating, combined with acupoint application treatment, to avoid disease recurrence. This academic thought effectively guides clinical treatment. |
