      中药有效组分配伍是基于中医方剂配伍理论,以组效关系为基础,阐述中药有效组分的量效关系及其作用机理,成为现今中医药研究的重点。然而,定量评价中药有效组分配伍的研究报道较少,研究方法较为单一,限制了中医方剂的发展进程。因此,本文以中药丹参红花组分配伍为示范,针对M个丹参红花配伍实验组,每组N个样本,T个检测指标的实验数据,建立概率神经网络(PNN)分类模型,筛选最佳丹参红花组分配伍组,寻找最佳配伍组的剂量,旨在为中药有效组分配伍规律的研究提供一定的思路和方法。
英文摘要:
      The effective component compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the theory of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the relationship between components and effects, and expounds the quantitative effect relationship and mechanism of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine, which has become the focus of the research of traditional Chinese medicine.However, the quantitative evaluation of the compatibility of components of traditional Chinese medicine is rarely reported, and the research method is relatively simple, which limits the development process of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Therefore, this paper takes the compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Carthamus tinctorius group as the research object, aiming at the experimental data of M Salvia miltiorrhiza and Carthamus tinctorius compatibility experimental groups, N samples in each group and T detection indexes, establishing the probabilistic neural network (PNN) classification model, selecting the best compatibility group of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Carthamus tinctorius group, finding the dose of the best compatibility group, so as to provide some ideas and methods for the study of compatibility law of components of traditional Chinese medicine.
