      目的:观察大补阴丸对2型糖尿病合并骨关节炎大鼠的治疗作用。方法:50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、大补阴丸高剂量组、大补阴丸低剂量组,连续给药6周。检测各组大鼠第0周、2周、4周、6周的血糖,骨关节中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)含量,关节液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1) mRNA表达量。结果:大补阴丸可降低实验大鼠血糖,给药组与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。大补阴丸可抑制骨关节中异常增多的MMP-3,减少关节液中IL-6、TNF-α及TGF-β1 mRNA表达,给药组与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01或P <0.05)。结论:大补阴丸可通过有效平稳地降低大鼠血糖,减低骨关节中MMP-3含量,减少关节液中IL-6、TNF-α及TGF-β1 mRNA表达量,从而控制血糖抑制炎症反应,发挥治疗2型糖尿病合并骨关节炎的作用。

      Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Dabuyinwan on type 2 diabetes and osteoarthritis rats. Methods: Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, each with 10 rats, which were blank group, model group, positive drug group, Dabuyinwan high-dose group and Dabuyinwan low-dose group, continuously administered for 6 weeks. The blood sugar of rats in each group was measured at 0, 2, 4, and 6 weeks. Detect the content of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) in joint. Detection of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) mRNA expression in synovial fluid. Results: Dabuyinwan can reduce blood sugar, and the difference between the administration group and the model group is statistically significant (P <0.01). Dabuyinwan can inhibit the abnormal increase of MMP-3 in arthrosis, and reduce the expression of IL-6, TNF-α and TGF-β1 mRNA. The difference between the administration group and the model group is statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Dabuyinwan can effectively and steadily reduce blood sugar, reduce the content of MMP-3 in bone and joint, reduce the expression of IL-6, TNF-α and TGF-β1 mRNA in synovial fluid, thereby controlling blood sugar and inhibiting inflammation, thereby exerting treatment 2 Type diabetes with osteoarthritis.
