| 喙尾琵琶甲(Blaps Rynchopetera Fairmaire)是存在于中国西南地区(云贵高原)的一种携带臭味的昆虫。其活性成分含量颇丰,药用价值较高,具有显著的抗菌、抗肿瘤和抑制炎症等疗效,云南彝族百姓常用它来治疗一些疑难杂症。但是,其发挥药理作用的具体有效成分仍然不清楚,作用机理有待深入研究。本文通过归纳近期国内外参考文献,就喙尾琵琶甲不同溶剂萃取所含活性成分、药理活性及其作用机制进行综述,并分析总结,旨在为将来对该药用昆虫进行深入研究和开发利用提供理论基础。 |

| Blaps Rynchopetera Fairmaire is a kind of odorous insect that exists in Southwest China (Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau). It has abundant active ingredients and high medicinal value, with highly effective in antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and so on, which is often used by the Yi Nationality in Yunnan Province to treat some difficult and complicated diseases. However, the specific active components of its pharmacoactive are still unclear, and the operational principle remains to be further studied. In this paper, by summarizing the recent domestic and foreign references, Blaps Rynchopetera Fairmaire’s pharmacoactive, operational principle and the active ingredients which are extracted with different solvents are reviewed and analyzed. The aim is to lay a theoretical foundation for the further research, development and utilization of the medicinal insect. |
